The French brand Sabre Paris was founded in the 1990s by Francis and Pascale Gelb. They believe that coming together at the table is a large social network that connects the whole world. They designed cutlery that is both classic and modern, free to create an even more beautiful coming together around the table. They were inspired by French bistros – the birth of the design classic: The Bistro cutlery.
Sabre Paris stands for high quality products. Production takes place in the company’s own factory in France. The high-quality materials are processed here step by step by hand. The blades are made from a stainless steel and carbon alloy, resulting in a perfectly sharp cutting edge.
