We ship climate-neutral with DHL GoGreen. You can track your parcel at any time using your tracking number.
The delivery time from DHL within Germany is 3-7 working days.
The delivery time from DHL to all other countries within the EU is usually 8-12 working days.
We pack your order with a lot of care and love and padding so that the handmade products arrive safely at your home! We also pack with biodegradable packaging materials and recycled materials where possible to do our bit for the environment. That’s why we use our packaging as often as possible and hope that you like it as much as we do! Please feel free to reuse our packaging to make us even more sustainable! Our tissue paper, for example, can be used wonderfully as gift packaging!
toujours à table does not cover any costs for returns. We trust you will understand that we cannot offer this service as a small company. Please contact us at hello@toujoursatable.de stating your order number if you have any questions about the goods delivered or if you would like to return products.
The products you wish to return to us must be in their original packaging, new and unused.
