Les Crevettes plates are handmade by Harlie in her studio on the Kent coast. After they have been moulded and fired, Harlie's husband paints them by hand and adds the beautiful lettering. The result is a unique piece and a real highlight for any interior lover! With their hand-painted motif, the Les Crevettes plates lend every table a lot of French flair and their charm makes it easy for you to set a special - especially beautiful - table.

Manufacturing
The French Plates are 100% handmade in the Harlie Brown studio on the Kent coast. After Harlie has moulded and fired the plates, her husband paints the plates with the beautiful, french motifs and lettering piece by piece by hand. The top of the plate is then glazed with a glossy finish. As the plates are made entirely by hand, slight variations in size, shape and colour are likely.

About Harlie Brown Studio
Designer Harlie Brown handcrafts beautifully colourful glazed ceramics in her studio on the Kent coast: it is the home of the Wiggle Mugs, hand-painted plates with crevettes, citron and co. and many other special pieces. Harlie uses many different techniques that enable her to form such special pieces with turned-in handles and gentle indentations. After Harlie has shaped and fired the pieces, she and her husband hand-paint each and every piece. In this way, small works of handicraft art are created - each one unique!
