Salut l’artichaut! The colourful tea towels with the artichoke bring colour and a little Breton flair to your kitchen and your home! They are hand-drawn from the first stroke, screen-printed by hand and sewn for you in a Hamburg tailor’s shop! So tutto completto locally and fairly produced! To cut baguettes, in the bread basket or to carry the pot of moules to the table: they are just as suitable as an accessory on a table setting as they are as a classic tea towel! We think everyone can use a little colour and Artichaut in their lives! So let the Artichaut make your life a little more colourful and a petit peu plus français!

  • Size: H 55 cm, W 45 cm
  • Made by hand and with love: Our tablelinen collection is made by hand from the very first stroke: the motifs are hand-drawn, screen-printed by hand and the printed fabrics are finished in a Hamburg tailor’s shop.
  • Colour: lilac, dark green, mint
  • Material: Ramie linen (80%RA / 20%CO), Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 product class II
  • The tea towels are produced by screen printing the artichoke, wave pattern and logo motifs, which we have designed and drawn by hand, onto colourful fabric. The tea towels are then sewn for you fairly and locally in a Hamburg tailor’s shop.
You can wash the tea towel at up to 60 degrees if necessary. However, we recommend washing it at the lowest possible temperature and drying it on a drying rack to preserve the colour brilliance and protect the environment. Please always use a tea towel between the set and the iron when ironing to prevent the screen printing ink from rubbing off. The ramie linen becomes softer and even more absorbent with every wash!

    ABOUT

toujours à table was founded by me, Lara, in 2023. Inspired by the time we spent together with my family in Brittany and our many T3 trips along the Breton coast, I designed and drew the motifs for our tablelinen collection. Once you have market-fresh oysters, artichokes and vino on the table, you immediately understand the savoir-vivre and never want to have it any other way! The drawn scallops, oysters, etc. in the collection are the result of exactly this Breton attitude to life and bring it directly to your home! After the motifs have been drawn and applied to the screens, I screen print them onto the fabrics and then the fabrics are processed in a Hamburg tailor’s shop. The result is a colourful tablelinen collection of tablecloths, placemats, napkins and tea towels that will make your home a little more colourful, cheerful and un petit peu plus française!
